ROTO-Rooter plumbing Class Action

If you are an Illinois resident who was sent direct mail notice of a settlement with Roto-Rooter Services Company and who, between January 1, 1995 and December 31, 2004, paid Roto-Rooter for plumbing services as defined by Illinois law, which were performed by individuals who were not licensed as plumbers or working under the supervision of licensed plumbers (as specified in 225 ILCS 320/1 et seq.), you may be entitled to benefits from a settlement.
